Të nderuar tatimpagues,
Në vijim të njoftimit të Komisionit të Ankesave, të publikuar në uebfaqen e Ministrisë së Financave, të datës 26.01.2021, Komisioni i Ankesave njofton tatimpaguesit se vendimi nr. 03/59 i Qeverisë së Republikës së Kosovës, me ndarje buxhetore prej gjashtë milionë e pesëqind mijë euro (6,500,000.00 €), si vazhdimësi e vendimit nr. 10/33 me ndarje buxhetore prej gjashtëdhjetë milionë euro (60,000,000.00 €) është ekzekutuar.
Tatimpaguesit të cilët vlerësojnë se i plotësojnë kriteret dhe nuk kanë përfituar subvencionim, mund të parashtrojnë ankesë në postën elektronike 𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗮.𝗺𝗳@𝗿𝗸𝘀-𝗴𝗼𝘃.𝗻𝗲𝘁, duke filluar nga sot deri me datën 16.03.2021. Ankesa duhet të përmbajë numrin unik identifikues të tatimpaguesit apo në rast se tatimpaguesi nuk posedon numrin unik identifikues, duhet të përmbajë numrin fiskal.
Në kuptim të njoftimit të Komisionit të Ankesave të datës 26.01.2021, vetëm ankesat e dorëzuara nga sot e tutje do të merren në shqyrtim. Po ashtu, vetëm ankesat lidhur me subvencionimin e linjës së pagave në kuadër të Pakos së Rimëkëmbjes Ekonomike, të parashtruara nga data 01.02.2021 e tutje do të shqyrtohen, në përputhje me mandatin e Komisionit të Ankesave.

Poštovani poreski obveznici,
Nakon obaveštenja Komisije za žalbe, objavljenog na veb sajtu Ministarstva finansija, od 26.01.2021.god, Komisija za žalbe obaveštava poreske obveznike da Odluka br. 03/59 Vlade Republike Kosovo, sa budžetskim izdvajanjem od šest miliona petsto hiljada evra (6.500.000,00 €), kao nastavak Odluke br. 10/33 sa budžetskim izdvajanjem od šezdeset miliona evra (60.000.000,00 €) je izvršena.
Poreski obveznici koji procene da ispunjavaju kriterijume i nisu dobili subvencionisanje, mogu podneti žalbu putem elektronske pošte 𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐬𝐚.𝐦𝐟@𝐫𝐤𝐬-𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐧𝐞𝐭, počev od danas do 16.03.2021. god. Žalba mora da sadrži jedinstveni identifikacioni broj poreskog obveznika ili u slučaju da poreski obveznik ne poseduje jedinstveni identifikacioni broj, mora da sadrži fiskalni broj.
U smislu obaveštenja Komisije za žalbe od 26.01.2021.god, uzimaće se u obzir samo žalbe podnete od danas i nadalje. Takođe, razmatraće se samo žalbe u vezi sa subvencionisanjem linije za zarade u okviru Paketa za ekonomski oporavak, podnete od 01. 02. 2021. god.i nadalje, u skladu sa mandatom Komisije za žalbe.

Dear taxpayers,
Following the notification of the Complaints Commission, published on the website of the Ministry of Finance, dated 26.01.2021, the Complaints Commission notifies the taxpayer that decision no. 03/59 of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, with a budget allocation of six million five hundred thousand euros (6,500,000.00 €), as a continuation of decision no. 10/33 with a budget allocation of sixty million euros (60,000,000.00 €) was executed.
Taxpayers who assess that they meet the criteria and have not received a subsidy, can file a complaint to the e-mail 𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐬𝐚.𝐦𝐟@𝐫𝐤𝐬-𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐧𝐞𝐭, starting from today until 16.03.2021. The complaint must contain the unique identification number of the taxpayer or in case the taxpayer does not possess the unique identification number, it must contain the fiscal number.
In the sense of the notification of the Complaints Commission dated 26.01.2021, only the complaints submitted from today onwards will be considered. Also, in accordance with the mandate of the Complaints Commission only the complaints related to the subsidy of the payment line within the Economic Recovery Package, submitted from 01.02.2021 onwards will be reviewed.
